摘要 对鲫鱼鱼油的提取方法进行了研究,用气相色谱法测定了其中脂肪酸的组成及含量.结果表明,鲫鱼含油率高达47%,鱼油中含有多种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达69.5%. The methods of extracting oil from crucian have been studied, and the components and the contents of the oil have been determined by gas chromatography. It shows that the oil obtained in crucian is more than 47 %. There are several kinds of fatty acids in the oil, among which the content of tmsaturated fatty acid reaches 69.5 %.
