超分子络合物β-环糊精—四氯化碳的合成及光谱分析

摘要 用β-环糊精与四氯化碳在水相中通过范德华力发生包合反应形成了超分子络合物,并用红外光谱和紫外光谱对络合物进行了表征.通过分子模拟计算,证实了发生包合反应的可能性.与底物相比,包合物的红外光谱和紫外光谱的吸收峰发生了偏移.这证实了在水相中β-环糊精与四氯化碳成功地发生了包合反应,形成了稳定的超分子络合物. In the paper, supramolecular complex β- CD- CCl4 was synthesized in aqueous medium. It's Van der Waah force that binds β- CD and tetrachloromethane together to form a supramolecular complex. The complex was identified via IR and UV spectra. Meanwhile, through molecular modelling calculations, the possibility of complexation was verified. In comparison with the substrate, the IR and UV absorption peaks of the complex are shifted which proves the successful complexation between β- CD and tetrachloromethane to form a stable supramolecular complex.
