On the Positive Effect of Scientific Research upon Higher Engineering Education

高等工程教育担负着培养高层次创新人才的历史重任,在促进以技术创新为主导的新型工业化发展方面责任重大。本文在分析当前高等工程教育存在问题的基础上,从高校科学研究对提高师资队伍综合素质、工程训练条件改善及企业实习基地建设的促进作用方面进行了分析,希望能引发更多思考和讨论。

Higher Engineering education bears the heavy responsibities for the cultivation of higher-level innovative talents. It has a grave responsibility for promoting the new-type technology-innovation-dominated industrial development. Based on the analysis of the presently existing problems faced by the higher engineering education, this essay explores a series of issues concerning the positive effect of scientific research in higher institutes, ranging from the enhancement of comprehensive qualities of its faculty and the improvement of engineering training conditions to the construction of enterprise field-work bases. The author hopes it will stimulate more thought and discussion concerning this field.
