摘要
1991年以抗大豆孢囊线虫(SCN)4号生理小种的兴县灰布支黑豆、中感或中抗(应县小黑豆)、感和高感4个品种为亲本,采用完全双列杂交配制12个组合,在抗、中感(中抗)×感和高感5个正交和4个反交组合中,F1全部感病,F2抗、中感(中抗)和感与高感分离为1:15的比率,测交分离为1:3比率。在抗×中感(中抗)的正反交组合中,F1表现抗病,F2抗和中感(中抗)分离3:1比率,测交为1:1比率,这些组合的结果经x2测定均符合予期比率。因此,确定上述两个抗源品种的抗性受1对显性基因和2对重叠的隐性基因控制。
soybean crosses was made by using diallel cross with varieties which was different on resistance, medium resistance or medium susceptibility,susceptibility and high susceptibility to soybean cyst nematode(SCN).F1 of the 5 resistant and medium resistant×suseeptible,and highly susceptible crosses and their 4 reciprocal crosses were all susceptible.In F2 the segregation ratio was 1: 15 between medium susceptible (medium resistant)and susceptible (highle susceptible).The segregation ratio of test cross was 1: 3 .In the reciprocal crosses with resistance and medium sensitivity (medium resistance). F1 progeny was resistance.The segregation of resistance to medium sensitivity in F2 was 3: 1 and the segregation ratio in testcross progeny was 1:1 ,These results were not significantly different from expected ratio through x2 test.We suggested that a pair of dominant genes and two pairs of overlapping genes controlled SCN resistance in resistant varieties, such as Xingxian Huibuzhiheidou and Yingxina Xiaoheidou.
