摘要
军医大学地方生是军医大学教育改革发展中出现的新群体,存在较多的就业心理问题。本文主要探讨了军医大学地方生就业心理指导的功能:①就业心理指导是保证军医大学地方生良好就业的现实要求;②就业心理指导是军医大学可持续发展的内在要求;③就业心理指导是军医大学实施素质教育的重要组成部分。
With the development of education reform in military medical university, the non-planned student,a new group, bears heavy mental health problem, The role of psychological education of employment for non-planned students has been studied in military medical university. It is as follows： ①The psychological education of employment is the reality needed to improve students＇ employment;②The psychological education of employment is the intrinsic require to keep upstanding development of military medical university; ③The psychological education of employment is one important part of the education quality in military medical university.
