注意培养外科青年教师的教学能力

Exploration of Ways to Train Young Surgical Teachers' Teaching Ability

目的:探讨外科青年教师教学能力的培养途径。方法:通过组织医学继续教育课程、组建教学专家组进行指导、组建专题授课组进行培植、完善网上教学质量评价体系、进行督导等培养途径,对年青教师有针对性的教学进行能力评估。结果:能解决因院校学生扩招、教学任务重带来临床教学师资紧缺局面,适应当前高速发展的医学教育需要。结论:多方面有针对性的培训对于迅速提高外科青年教师的教学意识、心理素质和教学能力是有效的。
