摘要
比较了几种国内外配电系统保护的优缺点，并就引进连续退火炉机组中，由中方配套的配电设计中所涉及到的有关技术问题，着重阐述中性点绝缘系统及漏电保护技术。
Compared the advantages and disadvantages of distribution system protection in our country & abroad,and described technical problems involved in the distribution system designed by chinese for imported continuous annealing furnace with emphasis placed upon the neutral point insulation system and the technology of leakage protection.
