摘要
简介了深冲热轧板的开发与发展。重点对热轧拉延板的成分,工艺进行了研究,指出采用超低碳,钛处理钢,经<1150℃板坯加热,Ar_3以上低温轧制,650℃左右卷取,可得到良好的各向异性和低的冷加工脆性的热轧拉延板。
The exploitation and development of the deep drawing hot rolled plate are summarized in this paper, With the emphasis placed upon the study on compounds and processes of hot rolled stretching plates,it is pointed out that hot rolled stretching plate with good anisotropism and low cold-mechining brittleness can be made from extra low carbon steel of Ti treatment by slab heating up to 1150℃,low temperature rolling above Ar3 and coiling at about 650℃.
