摘要 目的分离和鉴定云南山竹子(Garcinia cowa)果实的化学成分。方法体积分数为95%乙醇提取,用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱(LH-20)色谱分析,采用IR,NMR,MS等谱学方法及化学方法确定结构。结果分得6个化合物,经光谱数据的分析,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),cirsiumaldehyde(Ⅱ),对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅲ),穗花杉双黄酮(Ⅳ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ),morelloflavone(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ系首次从该种植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Garcinia conga. METHODS Compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and LH - 20, whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS Six compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitisterol( Ⅰ ), eirsiumaldehyde( Ⅱ ), p-coumaric acid( Ⅲ ), amentoflavone( Ⅳ ), daucosterol( Ⅴ ) and morelloflavone( Ⅵ ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ was isolated from the plant for the first time.
