摘要
本文研究了低合金高速钢 W3Mo2Cr4VSi 的显微组织和力学性能,讨论了该钢的性能、成分和组织之间的关系。结果表明:该钢主要依靠 MC 型碳化物产生二次硬化;在600℃以下,其力学性能和 M2高速钢相当,具有良好的强度、硬度和韧性的配合。
Microstructures and mechanical properties of a low alloyed high speed steelW3Mo2Cr4VSi have been investigated,and relationships among the compositon,themicrostructures and mechanical properties are discussed in detail.The experimental resultsshow that the MC-type tempering precipitates are responsible for secondary hardening ofsteel W3Mo2Cr4VSi,and its various mechanical properties below 600℃ are approximatelythe same as steel M2.The retained austenite in the new steel,however,is more stable thanthat in steel M2.
