摘要 在当今最先进的一维平面层流煤粉气流着火数学模型的基础上,发展了一种一维平面紊流煤粉气流的着火模型。该模型不仅详细描述了火焰中的辐射传热、煤粉热解、挥发分燃烧和多相反应等各个过程,还充分考虑了紊流对气相质量及能量扩散的影响,从而使该模型更加精确的逼近了工程实际。此外,还对模型进行了实验验证,结果显示,理论模型的计算结果与实验结果相吻合。 In this paper, a one-dimensional turbulent igition model of the pulverized coal and air flow is established on the basis of the one-dimensional plane ignition model of the pulverized coal and air laminar flow. This model not only depicts the radiation in the flame, pyrolysis of the coal powder, volatile combuation, multiphase reaction, but also takes into account the impact of turbulence on the mass and energy diffusion in gas phase, it approaches engineering facts more accurately. Experimenta have been done to test the theoretical modal, and the experimental results are in good agreemeat with the calculated ones from the theoretical model.
