摘要 为了克服传统双温冰箱只提供一级蒸发温度并且蒸发温度很难达到-40℃的缺点,设计了一种新型低温冷冻冷藏箱。该冰箱采用自复叠制冷循环和非共沸混合工质 R600a/R23,可以同时提供-40℃和-10℃两级蒸发温度,减小了冷藏室的传热温差。根据所设计的系统装置编写了系统的模拟计算程序,程序运行结果表明当 R600a/R23质量配比为0.7/0.3时,低温冷冻冷藏箱满足最优化设计,并且主要设计参数均符合要求。 To overcome the shortages of the traditional two-stage temperature refrigerator that provides one-stage evaporating temperature and its evaporating temperature can't reach -40℃ in, a new type of freezer and refrigerator is designed. The refrigerator, employing self-cascade refrigeration system and non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant R600a/R23, can provide two stages of evaporating temperatures and can reduce the temperature difference during heat transfer in fridge compartment. Based on the device designed, the calculation program is compiled. The result shows that the system is optimized when the mass ratio of R600a/R23 is 0.7/0.3, and the main design parameters meet the requirement.
