摘要
本工作设计了精巧的气路系统,建立了混合气体高温腐蚀石英弹簧天平,灵敏度为1.2×10^(-5)g。研究了20~#钢在 H_2S-H_2O、HCI-H_2O 以及 H_2S-HCl-H_2O 混合气体(H_2S 100—500ppm;HCl 50—250ppm;H_2O 130—540ppm)中310℃,360℃高温腐蚀行为。20~#钢混合气体高温腐蚀动力学服从分段抛物线规律,在实验温度下,平均腐蚀速率为0.06—0.46mm/a。高温腐蚀膜基本组成相为 Fe_3O_4、FeS、FeS_2和 FeCl_3。20~#钢310℃ H_2S-HCI-H_2O 混合气体高温腐蚀动力学规律异常性是由氧氯化反应造成的。
This paper covers the set-up of high temperature corrosion quartz springscales whose sensitivity is 1.2x10^(-5)g,and studies on the corrosion behaviors of 20~# steel inH_2S-HCl-H_2O gas mixtures(H_2S 100—500ppm;HCl 50—250ppm;H_2O 130—540ppm)at 310 and 360℃,respectively.It was shown that the curves represented zigzag-parabolicreaction kinetics and the mean corrosion rates were 0.06—0.46mm/a.The oxidationscales consisted of Fe_3O_4, FeS,FeS_2and FeCl_3.The unusual corrosion kinetics of 20~# steel at310℃ should result from the oxychlorination reaction.
