HPLC法测定明目地黄丸及耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷的含量

HPLC determination of loganin in Mingmudihuang pills and Erlongzuoci pills

目的:以马钱苷为对照品,采用 HPLC 法测定了明目地黄丸和耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为 KromasilC_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-水(16:84);体积流量:1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温:室温;检测波长:240 nm。结果:马钱苷进样量在线性范围0.11～2.28 μg(r=0.9997)内与峰面积线性关系良好。明目地黄丸及耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷的平均回收率分别为101%和97.7%,RSD 分别为2.2%和2.0%。结论:本法操作简单、快速、重现性好。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of loganin in Mingmudihuang pills and Erlongzuoci pills from different sources. Method： The method was established using Kromasil C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm） column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - water （ 14： 86）, flow rate Was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results：The calibration curve of loganin was linear in the range Of 0. 11-2. 28 μg,r = 0. 9997. The mean recovery of loganin in Mingmudihuang pills and Erlongzuoci pills were 101% and 97. 7%, RSD were 2. 2% and 2. 0%, respectively. Conclusion： This method is convenient, quick and had good reproducibility.
