江堰市公共浴室实施卫生监督量化分级管理前后卫生状况调查

Investigation on Hygiene Situation of Public Bathrooms before and after Implement of Hygiene Supervision Quantization and Classifying Management in Jiangyan City

[目的]为规范对城区公共浴室的卫生监督管理工作,提高各浴室的卫生管理水平。[方法]通过《公共浴室卫生监督量化分级评分表》对城区65家公共浴室的卫生设施、公共用具消毒等方面进行评分,并将所得结果与实施量化分级管理前进行比较研究。[结果]公共浴室实施量化分级管理后,在卫生设施经营过程、公共用具消毒等方面都有了很大改善,且与管理前相比,有显著性差异。[结论]新的监督模式较传统的监督模式规范、实用,对促进公共浴室卫生安全管理工作有着积极的推动和激励作用,并对加大公共浴室卫生宣传、加强监督执法力度,规范执法行为,进一步提高公共浴室卫生安全均有积极意义。

[Objective]To standardize and improve the hygiene supervision and management on public bathrooms in urban areas. [Methods]To evaluate the sanitary instruments and the disinfection of public appliance of 65 public bathrooms by assessment forms, and compare the result with that before implement of hygiene supervision quantization and classifying management. [Results]There were great improvement on the sanitary instruments and the disinfection of public appliance after implement of hygiene supervision quantization and classifying management with remarkable differences. [Conclusion]The new hygiene supervision mode were more standard and useful than the old one, and brought about active promotion to public bathroom hygiene management, had great significance to enforcing law-executing intensity and improving sanitation safety.
