摘要
[目的]了解东营市河口区食(饮)具卫生状况,为今后的卫生监督工作提出对策.[方法]对2002~2004年部分餐饮单位食(饮)具卫生检测资料进行分析.[结果]2002~2004年合计检测样品6 713份,合格的6 209份,合格率为87.74%.各年份间合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同类型单位食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同消毒方法消毒的食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),各类食(饮)具间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.01).[结论]东营市河口区食(饮)具合格率较高.
[Objective]Analize the sanitation condition of tableware of Hekou District, Dongying City for the year 2002 to 2004, and put forward to the countermeasures. [Methods]Make an analisis on the tableware sanitation monitoring data of catering industry in Hekou District. [Results]Within three years, the average rate of tableware sanitaiton acceptance accounts to 87.74 per cent ; there are significant defferences on the tableweare disinfection among different types of catering services;different indirection method brings up to significantly different sanitation acceptance rate; and there are remarkable difference between different types of tablewares. [Conclusion]For the past three years, the acceptance rate of tableware sanitation is succesively rising.
