摘要
[目的]了解我县小作坊生产食品卫生状况,为卫生主管部门决策提供科学依据.[方法]对原博白县卫生防疫站1996~2003年小作坊生产部分食品卫生检测结果分析.[结果]1996~2003年合计检测各类食品1 471份,合格1 291份,合格率为87.8%.1996年最低,2003年最高,不同年份间合格率的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=20.91,P<0.01).花生油、糕点类、冷饮类、酱油类合格率分别为95.8%、87.6%、86.5%、71.8%,不同种类食品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=82.3,P <0.01).[结论]博白县部分食品合格率逐年升高,不同产品合格率不同.
[Objective]To understand the hygiene situation of small workshop for foodstuff in Bobai county, in order to provide scientific basis for policymaking. [Methods]To analyze the test results of some foodstuff produced by small workshops in Bobai county from 1996 to 2003. [Results]1471 samples were tested,1 291 were qualified,the eligible rate was 87.8%, with the lowest in 1996, the highest in 2003, and the difference of eligible rate between each year had statistic significance ( χ^2 = 20. 91,, P〈0.01 ). The eligible rates of peanut oil, pastry, cold drink and sauce were 95.8%, 87.6%, 86.5% and 71.8 % respectively, the difference of eligible rate between different category food had statistic significance. (χ^2 = 82.3, P 〈0.01) . [Conclusion]The eligible rate of foodstuff produced by small workshops in Bobai county showed rising trend year by year, and the eligible rate of different category food had remarkable differences between each other.
