HIV抗体筛查试剂联合检测替代免疫印迹法的对比分析

Study on HIV-Ab combined screening diagnostics as a substitute for Western Blot

目的探讨用两种不同厂家或原理的HIV抗体初筛试剂联合检测,以替代免疫印迹法(WB),用于检测某些高危人群或特殊人群。方法用包括快速检测和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂在内的9种HIV抗体筛查试剂,对200份样本进行联合检测,对任意一种试剂检测阳性的样本进行WB检测。结果ELISA初筛有阳性反应(S/CO值>1)的样本,WB确认阳性率为81.93%。初筛阳性且有1种ELISA试剂S/CO值>6的样本,WB确认阳性率为100%。两种快速试剂检测均为阳性反应的,WB确认阳性率为100%。结论可以用两次ELISA、两种快速试剂或一种快速试剂加一种ELISA试剂联合检测替代WB。

Objective To study the possibility of using HIV-Ab combined screening diagnosites produced by 2 different factories or with different principles to substitute for Western Blot. Methods Nine kinds of HIV screening kits, ineluding instant tests and ELISA were used to test 200 samples in combination.All positive samples tested by any of the screning kits were retested with Western Blot, and the results were compared. Results Of the positive samples screened by ELISA kits with its S/CO value 〉 1,81.93 % were confirmed by WB, of those samples screened by ELISA as positive with its S/CO value 〉 6,100% were confirmed by WB, while of those screened by two instant tests as positive, 100% were confirmed by WB.Conclusion Western Blot can be substituted by 2 differeent kinds of ELISA kits or 2 different kinds of instant test kits,or by a combination of one ELISA kit and one instant test kit.
