摘要
研究黑松耐寒性,确定黑松适宜的栽植区域,对确定栽植区域是非常必要的。通过对黑松针叶及枝条在不同越冬时期进行低温处理,测定电导率、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性等,确定黑松在休眠中期低温临界值为-25℃,在休眠前期和休眠末期低温临界值为-20℃。
It is extremely essential to determine Pinus thunbergii favorite cultivated regions and the cold resistance, The electrolyte leakage, MDA content and praline activities of POD of leaves and branches treated with low temperatures over winter were measured, The results showed that the critical value of low temperatures in the dormancy metaphase was - 25℃, and in the dormancy prophase and telophase was - 20℃.
