薄层色谱法监测脱二氧喹烯酮的合成 被引量:1

摘要 喹烯酮是我国一类新兽药,为了对其进行代谢研究,合成了喹烯酮的代谢物产物脱二氧喹烯酮。采用薄层色谱法监测脱二氧喹烯酮的合成反应过程。以硅胶GF254为固定相,乙酸乙酯:石油醚(体积比1∶1)为展开剂,在此条件下反应物与产物得到较好的分离,并成功制备得到脱二氧喹烯桐。此方法操作简便、快速、可靠。 Quinocetone was a novel veterinary drug made in China. A major metabolite of quinocetone, desoxyquinocetone, was synthesized to further study the metabolism of quinocetone. A thin-layer chromatographic method was developed for monitoring the synthesis of desoxyquinocetone. The reaction liquid was spotted on the silica gel GF254 thin layer plate and developed with the solvent system of ethyl acetate-petroleum ether( 1:1, v/v). The compounds in the reaction liquid were separated completely under this condition and desoxyquinocetone was prepared successfully. The method was simple, rapid and reliable.
