摘要
本文从力学角度对复相材料中微观组织的开裂进行了分析,论述了微观组织的等强度设计思想和方程,计算了 F(铁素体)-M(马氏体)双相钢中 M 体的临界长度 l_c,利用临界长度的概念,对 F-M 双相钢中微观组织的开裂位置进行了分析计算。
Based on the point of view of mechanics,the cracking analysis ofmicrostructure in dual phase materials was analyzed,the concept of equal strengtth designand its equation were introduced,and the critical length(l_0) of martensite phase inF(ferrite)-M(martensite)dual-phase steels was calculated.Using the concept of criticallength,the cracking sites of microstructure were analyzed and calculated.
