2005年,在党的十六届五中全会和中央经济工作会议精神指引下,食品行业以“科学发展观”为指导,产业结构调整继续深化,企业生产经营机制进一步优化,食物消费品市场繁荣,供需两旺.2005年全国规模以上食品企业,累计完成工业总产值20344.83亿元,占全国工业份额8.15%,比上年同期增长26.85%;食品企业完成工业增加值达6299.95亿元,比上年同期增长18.08%,增速高出全国工业平均水平1.64个百分点,占全国工业经济份额9.48%.同时,全行业完成销售收入19899.94亿元,比上年增长26.78%,产品销售率98.55%,产销衔接良好;全行业实现利税总额3365.26亿元,占全国工业13.29%,其中实现利润1234.68亿元,比上年同期增长三成.
Wang Wenzhe, president of China National Food Industry Association gave the speech in The National Food Industry Economic Operating in 2005 Release. He recovered the operating of food industry in 2005, pointed the importance of food industry as a pillar of national economy. He said food enterprises had achieved the successful development in 2005, increased the profit. In the main industry, such as crop processing, meat processing, sugar making, wine, dairy, beverage and beer, enterprises devoted to developing new technology, planting brand to face the market competition.
