发展农村屠宰工业,作为建设社会主义新农村的重要内容和发展农业经济的新起点,对促进农业产业化进程具有重要意义和作用.本文将探讨以龙头企业为核心、以农村屠宰企业为纽带,以专业养殖场（户）为基础的集群经营模式.笔者认为,以多种形式吸引龙头企业控股经营,是打造集群经营模式的关键.各级政府应以高度的责任、极大的热情、真诚的服务和优惠的政策,去鼓励和支持、发展这一新生事业.

As important content of the construction socialism new countryside, the vital significance and function to the developing agncultural economy and promoting agriculture industrial production advancement of developing rural slaughter trade were elaborated in this article. Taking the main item enterprises as the core, taking slaughter enterprises in countryside as the link, and attracting main enterprises to hold share are all the key to make the colony management pattern. All levels of governments should drive and develop this newly emerging issue in high responsibility, enormous warmness, sincere service and preferential benefit policy.
