摘要
中国是世界果蔬产品的生产大国,但其出口量却始终未能名列世界前茅.另外,中国的水果产品参与国际化贸易的水平较低,出口量仅占产量的2%,远低于国际9%~10%的平均水平.欧美的市场准入与认证制度、重重绿色贸易壁垒,使中国刚刚蕴育的有机果蔬产品在出口方面遭遇雪雨风霜;而国内市场的情况也不容乐观,多以鲜食为主的传统产品消费模式无法适应农产品精、深加工的现代产业化要求.面对如此内忧外患,中国的有机果蔬产业路在何方?
China is the great fruits and vegetables production nation in the world while its exports volume throughout could not be the world export country vanguard. China's fruit participation internationalization trade level was low, the volume of exports only accounted for the output 2%, and is far lower than the international 9 ~ 10% level. European and America's market access and the authentication system and the green trade barrier layer by layer, these cause hardship in the avenue of organic fruits and vegetables product industry in China. In this article, some rational advices were proposed.
