摘要
我国软饮料的发展起始于八十年代初期,经过二十多年的发展,现已形成了以碳酸饮料、瓶装饮用水、果蔬汁饮料、茶饮料等为主的十大类品种.近五年,中国饮料工业得到了快速发展,饮料产量从1999年1186万吨上升到2004年的2912.43万吨,5年间增长145.57%,年均增长19.7%.
At present, the bottled water, carbonic acid drink and fruit punch three big varieties cleaved the ultimate output 81% occupy the soft drinks first three positions in a hierarchy. The drink new product development trends are naturally, nutrition, function and grain cereal raw material and so on. The mature important symbol for a drink producer is the ability of development new drink. Only enhancing the product value is the opportunity to succeed at present.
