摘要
为探讨生物油脂PUFA微囊粉剂的有效成分亚油酸和γ-亚麻酸及其他指标的稳定性,按Q/HSY001-2001企业标准的检验方法和设备进行检测,获得3批样品20030818、20030825、20030902的有效成分亚油酸平均含量为(20.99±0.91)%,γ-亚麻酸平均含量为(12.15±0.76)%。保存3个月后,制剂中有效成分含量没有显著差异(P>0.05),砷、铅含量呈下降趋势,差异显著。而其他指标如汞、水分、菌落总数、致病菌、霉菌和酵母等含量均较稳定,没有发生异常变化。
The stability of effective component linoleic acid and γ - linolenic acid and other ingredients of microbial polyunstaturated fatty acids microcapsual powder were studied. According to the methods and equipments of Q/HSY001 -2001, linoleic acid and γ- linolenic acid of three samples 20030818,20030825,20030902 are tested to be average ( 20.99 ± 0.91 ) % and ( 12.15 ± 0.76 ) % , respectively. After storage for three months, the content of effective component linoleic acid and γ- linolenic acid of the products are not significant different(P 〉0. 05),but As and Pb are apparently decreased. Other components such as Hg, H2O,total conoly number, pathogen, mould and yeast are all stable and not varied abnormally.
