摘要
本文研究了摘荚、摘心和去叶处理对不同生长习性大豆根瘤固氮酶活性的影响,结果表明:摘荚处理对无限型大豆固氮酶活性(ARA)无明显影响,而使有限型和亚有限型大豆的ARA明显降低。摘心和去叶处理使三种生长习性大豆ARA降低;摘荚、摘心和去叶处理使三种生长习性大豆根瘤中酰脲含量增加;去叶处理使有限型大豆幼茎中酰脲含量明显增加,但对无限型和亚有限型大豆影响不大。摘荚处理使有限型和亚有限型大豆幼茎中酰脲含量明显增加。而对无限型大豆无太大影响;摘心处理使三种生长习性大豆茎中酰脲含量明显增加。
In this paper,we studied the effect of pod removal,tip removal and defoliation on dinitro gen-fixing activity of different growth habit of soybean nodules. The results showed that dinitro gen-fixing activity of indeterminate soybean did not chang markedly by pod removal, while that of determinate and semideterminate soybeans decreased significantly. Dinitrogen-fixing activity of different growth habit of soybeans decreased by tip removal and defoliation. Ureide content in soybean nodules of different growth habit soybeans increased by all treatments.Ureide content in young stem of determinate soybean increased obviously by defoliation,but in indeterminate and semideterminate soybeans had little change.Ureide content in young stem of determinate and semideterminate soybeans increased obviously by pod removal,but little effect on indeterminate soybean.Ureide content in the stems of three growth habit of soybeans increased markedly.
