碳/碳复合材料的室温和高温双轴拉伸 被引量:1

BIAXIAL TENSION MEASUREMENT OF CARBON/CARBON COMPOSITE AT ROOM AND ELEVATED TEMPERATURES

摘要 研制的框架、导轨、连杆式双轴拉伸装置,在普通试验机上即可实现双轴拉伸。验证了装置的可靠性,探索了室温和高温下可用的试样形状。碳/碳复合材料室温双轴拉伸结果可靠,高温双轴拉伸温度已接近1300℃。 Biaxial tension mechanism is one kind of important equipment for studyingmechanical model and strength criterion of the carbon/carbon composites.A simpleframe-guide-joint biaxial tension mechanism designed by IMR has been described in thispaper and it is available to execute biaxial tension measurement on the universal tester.Thereliability of the mechanism was checked and the specimen shape used for both room andelevated temperatures was designed.The biaxial tensile strength of carbon/carbon compo-site at room temperature has been given and the analysis shows that the results would bereasonable and reliable.Its biaxial tension measurement at high temperatures had been car-fled out and the temperature can be reached near 1300℃,and the experiments show thatthe arrangement may be usable.
