摘要
混凝土面板堆石坝面板混凝土材料对抗裂、防渗性能要求较高,聚丙烯腈纤维对上述性能有显著作用,包括其高强、高弹模、高耐碱性、与水泥基材料良好的结合能力、分散性良好等特点;它使混凝土的抗裂性提高73%、抗渗性提高56%、冻融循环次数可达500次以上。文中对其作用机理做出阐述,介绍了聚丙烯腈纤维在水布垭大坝面板工程中的成功应用情况。
So far as the concrete materials for the face concrete of the concrete face rock-fill dam (CFRD), the higher cracking resistance and impermeability are required; for which the characteristics mentioned above can be met by the material feature of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibre. The fibre has a hetter bonding property to the base material of concrete with higher strength, elastic modulus, alkaline resistance and better dispersibility; with which the concrete properties can be significantly raised by 73% of cracking resistance, 56% of impermeability and then the freeze-thaw cyclings of the concrete can reach to over 500. The function mechanism of the fibre is described herein, and furthermore, its successful application to the construction of the face concrete for the concrete face rock-fill dam of Shuibuya Water Control Project is introduced as well.
