摘要 目的研究茯苓Poria cocos的化学成分,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然产物.方法采用正相硅胶,反相RP-18,Sephadex LH-20及MCI等柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构.结果从茯苓的提取物中共分离并鉴定了13个化合物,经波谱分析确定分别为:麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、茯苓酸(Ⅲ)、3β-乙酰基-16α-羟基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24(31)-三烯-21-酸(Ⅳ)、3β,16α-二羟基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24(31)-三烯-21-酸(Ⅴ)、16α-羟基-3-羰基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24(31)-三烯-21-酸(Ⅵ)、3β-羟基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24-三烯-21-酸(Ⅶ)、3β-对羟基苯甲酸去氢土莫里酸(Ⅷ)、3β,16α-二羟基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24-三烯-21-酸(Ⅸ)、乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)、L-尿苷(Ⅺ)、柠檬酸三甲酯(Ⅻ)、(R)-苹果酸二甲酯(ⅩⅢ).结论化合物Ⅱ和Ⅹ~ⅩⅢ均为首次从该植物中分离得到. Objective To study the chemical constituents from Poria cocos aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods All compounds were isolated by repeated SiOz, LH-20, MCI, and RP-18 column chromatography. Their structures were determined by various spectral methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from P. cocos and their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β-ol ( Ⅰ ); daucosterol ( Ⅱ ); pachymic acid ( Ⅲ ); 313-acetyloxy- 16α-hydroxylanosta-7, 9(11), 24(31)-trien-21-oic acid (Ⅳ); 3β, 16α-dihydroxyqanosta-7, 9(11), 24 (31)-trien-21-oic acid ( Ⅴ ) ; 16α-hydroxy 3-oxo-lanosta-7, 9(11), 24(31)-trien-21-oic acid ( Ⅵ ); 313-hydroxylanosta-7, 9(11), 24-trien-21-oic acid (Ⅶ) ; 313-p-hydroxybenzoyl-dehydrotumulosic acid (Ⅷ) ; 313, 16α-dihydroxylanosta-7, 9 (11), 24-trien-21-oic acid (Ⅸ); ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅹ); L-uridine ( Ⅺ ) ; trimethyl citrate ( Ⅻ ) ; and (R) dimethyl malate ( Ⅻ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅹ- Ⅻ are found for the first time in P. cocos.
