中药对间质干细胞分化为神经细胞的影响 被引量:4

Effect of some traditional Chinese herbs on neurocyte differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells

摘要 中药成分促进间质干细胞分化为神经细胞的研究是目前中医药和生物医学领域的热点之一。中药对间质干细胞的作用可以概括为促进间质干细胞的生长、增殖、分化,改变其分泌状态及其保护分化后的神经细胞等多个环节。从细胞培养、细胞分化、作用机制以及治疗作用等方面,分类综述了三七、黄芪、麝香、绞股蓝、川芎、丹参对间质干细胞分化为神经细胞的影响,并简述了问题和展望。
