摘要
工程项目投标中存在着许多不确定因素和风险,从确定工程投标的影响因素入手,确定了灰色关联决策的目标,用层次分析法确定各评价目标的权重,建立了基于灰色关联决策的投标项目选择模型,该模型比较符合实际,具有较大的实用性,为建筑企业进行投标决策提供了科学的依据,节约了大量的人力、物力和财力.
Lots of uncertain factors and risks of engineering bid were involved, Based on influence factors of engineering bid, the grey decision - making aims were defined and their weight vector were ascertain by Analytic Hierachy Process. This paper builds decision- making of engineering bidding model based on the grey incidence decision - making theory, the model accords with the practice, provides the construction project with decision - making of engineering bidding and makes the construction project save a great deal of manpower,material resources and resource.
