摘要
根据工程监理服务质量形成过程、影响因素以及工程实践,将监理服务质量评价体系分为5个一级指标和22个二级指标,运用层次分析法合理地确定出各指标的权重。根据专家评价结果,建立模糊转换矩阵,进行模糊评价,根据最大隶属度原则确定监理服务质量的等级。根据模糊合成结果和评价尺度,通过加权平均得出被评价对象的评分,可用于评价不同项目监理服务质量的优劣。
According to the form process,affecting factors of the service quality of engineering management and engineering practice, the management service quality evaluation system is classified into 5 class I indexes and 22 class 2 indexes. The weight of each index is decided reasonably by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The fuzzy transferable matrix is established by the expert's evaluation, then the fuzzy evaluation is done. The service quality of the engineering management is decided by the maximum membership function principle. The grade of the evaluated target is obtained through summing with weight according to the fuzzy synthetic results and the evaluation scale. This method can be used to evaluate the service quality of different engineering management.
