摘要
针对国家投资体制改革许多房地产投资者便将取消项目审批与取消项目的可行性研究混为一谈的现象,首先论述了投资体制改革后房地产开发项目可行性研究的必要性,其次介绍了房地产开发项目可行性研究的特点、内容及理论指导依据,最后对如何做好房地产开发项目的可行性研究提出了几点对策。
