上市筹集资金是房地产企业发展的趋势,为了赢得更多的投资,房地产企业必须以股东价值最大化为管理目标。介绍了一种股东价值模型,从竞争优势缺口和竞争优势期间两方面,来说明专业化经营和品牌化战略是房地产企业增加股东价值的必要手段。
The stock financing has been a trend for the real estate enterprises to develop, to gain more money, the real estate enterprises must regard their manage goal as maximizing the shareholder value. This paper introduces a model of shareholder value, and show that the specialization and brand - cultivation are the essential ways of increasing the shareholder value from competitive- advantage gap and competitive - advantage period.
