摘要
分析了精密成形工艺设计存在的问题,将数字化设计方法引入精密成形设计过程,构建了数字化精密成形系统结构与功能,并对其中的关键技术成形资源共享与集成管理、权限与安全管理、成形知识库的设计、基于知识的成形工艺设计、快速模具设计技术的实现方法进行了研究。
The problem of precise forming process planning is analyzed. Digital design technology is introduced to the precise forming process planning. The architecture and the function of the digital precise forming system is proposed. The key technologies and its realization are researched which are sharing of precise forming resources, security management, forming knowledge-base design, forming process planning knowledge-based and rapid mould design.
