摘要
本文根据异附加系的细胞遗传特点结合数量遗传学原理,提出了异附加系数量性状遗传分析方法。要点如下:(1)以异附加系为被测系、正常品种(系)作测验系,组配成各世代群体;(2)将异附加系分成两类:第一类是其杂种分离世代中可区分亚世代,第二类是其杂种分离世代中不可区分亚世代;(3)给出了第一类异附加系的各世代(亚世代)的遗传组成、均数分量和变异分量;(4)给出了第二类异附加系的各世代的遗传组成和均数分量。
Based on the law of cytogenetics of alien addition lines and the priciple of quantitative genetics, two methods(method Ⅰ and method Ⅱ)of generation mean analysis are put forward for estimating the gene effects of alien addition lines.Generations were derived from crosses between alien addition lines and nomal varieties. The genetic constitutions of the generations are analysed. The components of the generation means with 9-parameters(m, [d], [h], [i], [j], [l], [d'], [i'], [j'])are presented under 2-gene interaction model in method Ⅰ (segregating generations are divided into different sub-generations according to markes traits)and method Ⅱ(segregating generations can't be divided) The expected components of genetic variances and sample variances are given for alien chromosomes in method Ⅰ . By using methodⅠ and method Ⅱ , the gene effects of most alien addition lines could be estimeted.
