摘要
以热研1号为广亲和基因(S)的供体亲本,粳型雄性不育保持系76-27B作为轮回亲本,用回交和测交鉴定进行的方式,将S基因逐步导入到76-27B中,在BC2F3后代中选得8份材料,其中5份材料73-2-1、73-2-4、73-2-6、73-2-7和73-2-8带有S基因,以下简称B(S5S5);另3份材料73-2-2、73-2-3和73-2-5带有S5基因,简称B(S5S5)。亲和性比较分析表明。
Japonica variety Nekhon I (S5n S5n) was used as the donor parent for wide compatible gene S5n, and Japonica male-sterile maintainer 76-27 B(SJ5 S5J) as the recurrent parent. By means of three successive backcrossing, the wide compatible gene S5n was Successfully transferred to 76-27 B and 8 lines, those were selected from BC3F3. 5 lines 73-2-1、 73-2-4、 73-2-6、 73-2-7 and 73-2-8 caried gene S5n, being abbreviated as B(S5n S5n); the other 3 lines 73-2-2、73-2-3 and 73-2-5 with gene S5J; being abbrivated as B(SJ5 S5J). Analysis of compatibility among B(S5n 85n)、 B (SJ5SJ5)、 76-27 B and Nekhon I indicated that the compatibility of B(S5n S5n) was significantly higher than that of 76-27 B and B(SJ5 SJ5), but lower than that of Nekhon I . B(S5n S5n) showed narrower compatible range as compared to Nekhon I . The average spikelet fertility in F1 plants from the crosses between B(S5n S5n) and 4 indica testers Nanjing 11、 Hualian No. 8、 Zhenshan97 B、 Zhenong8010 were 69. 78%(Normal)、 76. 62%(Normal)、 44. 42%(Semi-sterility) and 44. 36% (Semi-sterility) respectively; however the F1 hybrids of Nekhon I and the above 4 indica testers showed normal fertility being 82. 1%、 67. 16%、79. 1% and 73. 75% respectively, all the F1 hybrids between B(SJ5 SJ5) or 76-27 B and the above 4 indica testers showed semi-or high-sterility, with a spikelet fertility range of 20. 03%-56. 7%. The spikelet fertility of indi-ca/Japanica hybrid could gain an increase of 26. 63% by introducing wide compatible gene S5n,
