生产非调质N80级石油套管的新工艺可行性实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 对国内生产非调质N80级石油套管的现状做了简述,在包钢φ180mm机组上取轧卡样,用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定34Mn2VN钢的动态CCT曲线并进行控冷实验。借助光镜和扫描电镜对显微组织和断口进行分析。通过实验研究,提出了一种新的生产非调质N80级石油套管的工艺,在包钢进行大批量生产试验。结果表明,选用合理的终轧温度和冷速,采用加热→穿孔→连轧→脱管→定减径→冷却,可实现大批量生产。该工艺与传统生产工艺相比有减少工序、提高生产率、节约能源的优点。 The present status of producing non-quenching and tempering N80 grad oil casings were described. The CCT curves of 34Mn2VN steel were measured and cooresponding controlled cooling tests were conducted by means of the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. Microstructures and fracture shapes were analyzed with L.M and SEM. Through experimental study, a new process of producing non-quenching and tempering NS0 grad oil casings that has been tested on the φ180 mills of Baotou Iron&Steel (group) Co.Ltd was presented. The results indicate that mass production can be realized with suitable finishing temperature and cooling rate by using the following production process:heat→perforation→MPM→extracting mill→tube sizing and reducing→cooling. It has advantages of higher productivity,less procedures and energy consumption compared with the traditional one.
