摘要
通过金相组织分析、显微硬度测试及断口扫描分析,研究了不同时效温度下AZ80镁合金的显微组织、显微硬度和韧度,分析了时效温度对性能的影响。结果表明时效温度对材料性能起主要作用。提出AZ80镁合金的优化时效温度为170℃。
Through analysing of microstructure,micro-hardness measurement and fracture scanning, the microstructures, micro-hardness and tenacity of AZ80 magnesium alloy at different aging temperatures were studied. The effect of aging temperature on property was analyzed. The results show that the aging temperature play a main role in AZ80 alloy. The optical aging temperature of AZ80 alloy is 170℃.
