单分散钴纳米晶的制备及其二维自组装 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温-液相还原方法,借助表面活性剂的作用,合成出具有β-Mn相稳定性较好的单分散磁性金属钴纳米晶,其平均粒子直径为7 nm。通过调节钴纳米晶的浓度,自组织形成有序的二维自组装纳米阵列。通过X射线衍射谱与透射电镜对钴纳米晶进行观察,利用SQUID对其磁学特性进行了分析。 Synthesis of monodisperse cobalt nanocrystals by high-temperature reduction methods in the presence of oleic acid and triocethylphosphine stabilizers was reported. The average diameter of the Co nanocrystals is about 7 nm. The structure and the surface valency state of the Co nanocrystals were measured by XRD and TEM, and the magnetic properties analyzed by SQUID. The monodisperse cobalt nanocrystals can be assembled to form a two-dimensional hexagonal close packed structure by its cocentration adjusted.
