摘要
本文研究了 Al-Si 共晶强制性稳态生长过程中 Si 的分枝特征,指出 Si 分枝簇是一类分维结构,并测出其分维值 D_f=1.74±0.10,此值同 Laplace 分维(LF)模拟值相近。而且测定结果表明D_f 同生长速度和温度梯度没有明显的相关关系,Si 相分枝是自相似的。讨论了 Si 相分枝生长的随机性问题。
The silicon-branching of growth of Al-Si eutectic undercons trained condi-tion has been investigated experimentally.It is suggested that the branch cluster of theeutectic silicon is of fractal structure.The fractal dimension value D_f=1.74±0.10 is givenfrom experimental results,which is close to the simulation results for Laplace fractals.Theresults show that the branching cluster is of self-similarity,and the fractal value has littlecorrelation with the growth rate and temperature gradient.The branching process of siliconis probably stochastic.
