University Human Resource Web Site with Automatic Matching and Audio/Video Communication Functions

针对传统就业网站功能单一、服务起点低、没有充分发挥网络交互通信能力的弊端,提出了一个具有撮合算法和视频通信功能的新型招/应聘网络平台的设计方案。这类系统的建设目前尚处在发展中。介绍了系统结构、基于模糊逻辑的撮合算法以及对等视频通信功能的实现技术。对同类研究有一定参考作用。

The performance of traditional web sites for job finding do not satisfy job-finders and enterprises because of their simple functions, low level services and weak interactions. This paper proposes a new design to solve the problem. The new system runs a matching algorithm to find out the best choices for both job-finders and enterprises. It also delivers audio-video communication functions, In this paper, the architecture of the system, the matching algorithm based on fuzzy logic and the implementation of the communication function are introduced. Other interesting people may benefit from the idea.
