Research on the RED-Family Active Queue Management Algorithms

本文讨论了RED队列管理机制的关键技术问题,研究了近年来对RED算法的主要改进算法。最后在总结了主要RED簇算法优缺点的基础上,提出了可行的改进方案。

This paper discusses the key techniques for the RED queue management, and researches some important improved methods of the RED algorithms. At last we sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the REDfamily algorithms, and give some proposals to improve them.
