摘要
在虚拟加工环境的制造过程中,以三维实体的数据结构和加工仿真的逐步成型算法为研究重点,根据虚拟加工环境的特点和毛坯成型的要求,分析了毛坯数据结构的特点、离散化方法和毛坯文件的存储格式等,给出了一种虚拟环境下的实体模型数据结构,利用该数据结构制定的算法能使产品模型在加工过程中准确地表示被加工件的成型过程,同时记录相关的加工信息,在虚拟加工环境中得到了成功应用。最后结合实例构建一个完整的虚拟产品模型系统。
In the course of building virtual machining environment , key technologies include data structure of 3D solid and gradual molding algorithm in machining simulation ,according to the characteristic and request of virtual machining environment, the paper studies the data structure characteristic of workpiece and quadrangular discretization method and memory format of roughcast file and so on, provides an entity model structure base on virtual environment and makes an algorithm which can express exactly the gradual molding process of workpiece during the course of machining by using this data structure. At the same time notes the corresponding machining information and the algorithm is applied to virtual machining environment .At last the whole virtual production model system is formed with an example.
