摘要
文章对加工误差的统计分析法进行了研究,论述了分布图分析法和点图分析法的原理、特点和适用范围。采用数据自动采集处理技术、数据库技术进行软件设计,实现了计算机辅助加工误差的统计分析,使加工过程中质量控制更准确、快捷和有效。通过实例,论述了软件功能、软件设计思想和软件开发过程。
In this paper, the statistical analysis method of manufacturing process tolerance is studied. The principle, characteristic as well as the range of appliance about distribution graph analysis and dot graph analysis have been discussed. The software is developed by means of the technology of data automatic collection and data bank. Computer aided statistical analysis of manufacturing process tolerance has been realized so that quality control will be more exact, fast and effective. The function, designing concept and designing process of software system is expounded through an example.
