摘要
市场经济的不断发展使竞争从以往的企业层面过渡到如今的供应链层面,加大了企业在供应商选择方面的压力,文章系统分析了传统供应商绩效评估方法的局限性,进而提出了客户导向的供应商绩效评估模型,并通过实际算例来验证该模型较之传统评估模型在评估结果的敏感性和完备性方面的优势。
Continuous development of market economy has made the competition emigrate from enterprise level to supply chain level, which distinctly drives organizations to improve their supplier selection process. In this paper, the limitations of traditional supplier performance evaluation are analyzed, and then the customer oriented supplier performance evaluation method is proposed. By using in practice, the new model shows its advantages in sensitivity and maturity.
