摘要
首先指出产品可追溯性是制造型企业进行产品质量和安全管理的重要保障,产品可追溯性包括物料批次历史关系的追溯性和制造过程的可追溯性,设计了产品可追溯性系统的总体结构,并就如何通过批次清单的构建实现物料批次历史关系的追溯,结合实例进行了研究。
Product traceability is important for quality and security management of manufacturing enterprises; it includes traceability of material lots and manufacturing process. This paper designs the framework of product traceability system, then discusses the implement of traceability of material lots by bill of lots and gives a case at the same time.
