摘要 文章针对CAD与PDM集成存在的问题,提出了基于W eb服务的CAD与PDM集成解决方案。整个集成解决方案的系统架构基于W eb服务,通过发布、绑定和调用W eb服务方式实现CAD与PDM集成接口,CAD模型的信息采用XML标准进行描述,并且在PDM服务器端部署CAD系统实现系统间集成的互操作性。并且,依照以上的解决方案,成功实现了自主开发的自动武器PDM系统与三维造型软件Pro/E之间的集成,验证了该解决方案的可行性。 To deal with the problems occured in orthodox integration between CAD system and PDM system, a integrative solution based on Web Services was proposed. System structure found on Web Services, the intergrative interfaces between CAD and PDM was carried out by the way of publishing, banding and invoking the web methods. The CAD model was described using XML standard, and distributing a CAD process services over the PDM server to achieve the collaboration between two systems. In end, according to the proposed solution, the integration between Pro/E and automatic weapon PDM system which was made by ourselves had been developed successfully, which proved feasibility of the solution.
