摘要
探讨了在没有标准分析方法的情况下,如何对目标样品进行监测。提出了气相色谱分析方法开发的步骤,并指出选择色谱柱种类及控制最佳操作条件是方法开发的关键。
How to monitor the samples without standard method was discussed in this paper, the developing steps of gas chromatography analysis method were put forward, and it pointed out that the key of the method developing was the choice of the chromatography column sort and controlling the best operation condition.
